A shopping center next to the Lighthouse neighborhood: a 24-hour supermarket, a department store, electronics, cafés, bowling and children's zones. It has been opening gradually since the summer of 2025.

What it is
A modern shopping and entertainment center: concept stores of global brands (clothing, accessories, cosmetics, home goods), an electronics and home appliance store and a gallery of cafés and restaurants. It comes first in the resort's list of shops.

The number of floors and the mall's overall opening hours have not been published; the supermarket's address says “1st floor.”
