What is known about the floor areas and finishing of Lighthouse apartments, how the resort rents them by the day and what review platforms say about it.
Floor areas and finishing
Apartments were handed over with full finishing. According to the resort's presentation, the first phase has 399 apartments and another 27 penthouses, with floor areas ranging from 40 to 735 m². There are no floor plans in open sources: neither the resort's website, nor the presentation, nor the listings show drawings of first-phase apartments specifically, so we do not draw them either.
The first-phase apartments sold out exactly a year after construction began — so writes the resort itself.

Interiors
These are frames from the developer's promotional video — the apartment shown is not necessarily a typical one, but it gives an idea of the level of finishing: floor-to-ceiling windows, a wooden floor, a built-in kitchen, light lines on the ceiling.
By the day
The resort itself rents out Lighthouse apartments by the day: its booking portal lists four properties, Lighthouse B1, B2, B3 and B4, labeled “Lighthouse Residencies,” type “apartments.”

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
On the portal, all 14 of the resort's properties carry the same price, “from 250 AZN” — it looks like a placeholder, so we do not show it as the nightly price for Lighthouse.
The list of amenities comes from the Lighthouse B1–B4 cards on the resort's booking portal.
Platforms
Lighthouse has no rating of its own — the property is rented out through different platforms and under different names. Below is everything we managed to find, with caveats.

This is our conclusion, not the platforms' data.
