The buildings
A premium residential complex on the Caspian shore: four eight-story buildings with mirrored facades and stepped tiers of glass loggias. Every apartment has a balcony with a view or a panoramic terrace.

There is no official handover year. According to the developer's videos: monthly video reports on construction ran throughout 2018, in October 2019 concrete was being poured at night on the frame of the first building, and in 2022 the next building was under construction beside a finished one (the Lighthouse 4 building — per the reports from October 2022 to January 2023).
The architect of Lighthouse is not named in open sources. According to the Sea Breeze website, the author of the master plan for the whole resort is Darren Comber (Scott Brownrigg).
The courtyard
The courtyard of the neighborhood is a long pool along the building, sun loungers and umbrellas, a lawn in front of the entrance and an alley of palms between the buildings. From above it is clear that the buildings stand right up against the villas with red roofs.
The upper floors
On the upper floors the steps turn into open terraces: wooden slats along the edge, glass railings and a view of the neighboring building and the courtyard.
Sports
Crocus Fitness Lighthouse is a sports complex in the Lighthouse 4 building: a gym, a lap pool, a group-class studio and a relaxation area; the heated open-air pool operates year-round.

Timeline
There is no official Lighthouse handover year either on the resort's website or in the presentation. Everything known about the construction has been gathered from the developer's monthly video reports and the resort's news.
