Four eight-story buildings with mirrored facades right by the Caspian. Inside are apartments, some of which the resort rents out by the day, a sports club with pools and the Lighthouse Mall shopping center.

Level 08 · the lantern
Lighthouse is a residential complex of four eight-story buildings with mirrored facades in the old part of the Sea Breeze resort in Nardaran. Apartments went on sale in January 2018, and the resort rents some of them out by the day as an apart-hotel. In the courtyard there are open-air pools; in the Lighthouse 4 building there is the Crocus Fitness sports club, and next to it is the Lighthouse Mall shopping center. The second phase, Lighthouse 2 with 16 buildings, is under construction and is planned for handover in 2027.

The names get mixed up even in listings: “Lighthouse 2” in old rental ads is most likely the second building of the first phase, not the new complex.
Level 07 · facades
The buildings are set in steps: the upper floors recede, and each one gets an open terrace with wooden slats. From below, the building reads as continuous glass in white frames — in the evening, the balcony lighting comes on from the bottom up, and the building really does look like a lighthouse.
Level 06 · the courtyard
Between the buildings and the villas lies a long pool with sun loungers, next to it a lawn where children really do play, and an alley of palms. The resort lists the following in the courtyard:
Level 05 · inside
In the first phase, floor areas range from 40 to 735 m². Apartments were handed over with full finishing. The first-phase apartments sold quickly: “exactly a year after construction began” — so writes the resort itself.

Level 04 · sport
Crocus Fitness Lighthouse is a sports complex in the Lighthouse 4 building: a gym, a lap pool, a group-class studio and a relaxation area; the heated open-air pool operates year-round.

Level 03 · the shopping gallery
A modern shopping and entertainment center: concept stores of global brands (clothing, accessories, cosmetics, home goods), an electronics and home appliance store and a gallery of cafés and restaurants. It comes first in the resort's list of shops.

The second phase with 16 buildings has been on sale since November 1, 2023. Handover is in 2027 per the resort's website and in 2026 per bina.az and korter.az. How many buildings are already complete is not officially reported; in summer 2026 the NOMA coffee shop and the Sea Breeze Store opened in Lighthouse 2.
The courtyard with a pool, the SPA and the restaurants exist for now only in the developer's renderings.
Level 01 · the entrance
The neighborhood stands in the old, lived-in part of the Sea Breeze resort — the shore, the Shore House restaurant and the shopping center are nearby. The building addresses on the portal: Vasif Adigozalov Street, 6, 7, 5 and 3 — Nardaran, Sabunchu district.
The coordinates are approximate. The point for the neighborhood comes from OpenStreetMap (the outline is labeled “Lighthouse 2” but sits in the old part of the resort, among the first-phase buildings). The point for the mall is based on the coordinates of the Le Pain Quotidien café from the chain's website and of the Vətən restaurant on Yandex Maps. Disputed: the address point of the “Sea Breeze Lighthouse 2” street in 2GIS sits in the western district of the resort, where the new complex is being built.
