The Lighthouse neighborhood and Lighthouse Mall stand in the old part of the Sea Breeze resort in Nardaran, about half an hour's drive from the center of Baku.

The coordinates are approximate. The point for the neighborhood comes from OpenStreetMap (the outline is labeled “Lighthouse 2” but sits in the old part of the resort, among the first-phase buildings). The point for the mall is based on the coordinates of the Le Pain Quotidien café from the chain's website and of the Vətən restaurant on Yandex Maps. Disputed: the address point of the “Sea Breeze Lighthouse 2” street in 2GIS sits in the western district of the resort, where the new complex is being built.
The building addresses on the portal: Vasif Adigozalov Street, 6, 7, 5 and 3 — Nardaran, Sabunchu district.
Transport
A seasonal express from the south exit of the Koroglu metro station with stops at Sea Breeze 1 and Sea Breeze 2. Fare 0.90 AZN, cashless only, every 30 minutes.
Dates and hours differ: operativmm.az — from July 18, 2026, 07:00–22:00; wikiroutes — season 15.07–15.09, 07:00–21:00 outbound and 08:30–22:00 return.
On the Zugulba Highway: BakuBus routes 144 (roughly every 10 minutes) and 177 (roughly every 40 minutes).
The routes' terminal stops have not been verified.
The resort is about half an hour from the center of Baku (so writes Sea Breeze itself). Lighthouse has above-ground and underground parking for residents; check on the spot how guests can enter the grounds.
